Rafi and Rafi Ltd. has been continuously growing and developing since 2013. Its strength is the production and construction of agricultural feed mixers and hall steel structures in accordance with the technical documentation of the customers. Within this, we continuously strive to increase the assembly complexity in accordance with the customer's needs.

The growth engine has been the fulfillment of expectations so far, in which the attitude and professional knowledge of our employees played a key role in addition to meeting the quality expectations of external and internal customers. Nowadays, amidst rising expectations, the key to meeting customer needs is not only accuracy but also excellent and continuously trained employees. Therefore, our company aims to create a workplace where employees are motivated, committed, and have goals. To this end, we regularly train our employees. We only have qualified professionals who are demanding in their work perform the professional work, whether it is plating, welding, painting, or technology installation.

Our location is excellent from both a logistical and production perspective, 10 minutes from the M1 Tatabánya exit, in the Környei Industrial Park. We place great emphasis on expanding our technological equipment, which is why we included a state, preferential source in the financing. Within the framework of Széchenyi 2020, a corporate management system was introduced during the project, a completely new steel-structured, thermally insulated hall was built, as well as an energetically modernized, production-optimized production hall was transformed, and a sheet metal shear was purchased that meets the latest technology. This gave us the opportunity to optimize our current production capacity and also to increase the range of products we produce by purchasing the new equipment. The project was implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Our strategic direction is to produce impeccable quality products with short lead times. We aim to achieve this goal through customer satisfaction. We place great emphasis on long-term, stable partner and customer relationships. Stable relationships help us achieve our main objectives. In the process, we continuously develop our company's corporate culture, we try to learn and apply modern corporate management methods and procedures that improve the efficiency of our activities.
